Yeah I've done that, but what happens is that sometimes it is on and the keyboard still can't be controlled via FN buttons and then I have to restart it. I've also set it to restart if it ever fails.

I bought it in June, £35 collection fee and also 15-20 days, it's quite a long time to go without a laptop.

So I got a response from the PCSpecialist team, they seem to believe it's a hardware problem and I'm not sure why, given that the backlit keyboard works after a cold reboot. Not sure what to do tbh, if I can't fix it myself, I might just live without the backlit keyboard which is annoying, but...

I just copied and pasted what I had on my orders page, the specs such as the gpu, ssd, ram and cpu seem to be the same as what is in my orders page, so I assumed it is the correct order.
