Have you contact PCS for RMA/replacement drive(s) etc. (in the event of failure). Regardless of the price of the machine you shouldn't be put out for any failed hardware. If the drive hasn't failed there is a potential the data can be recovered.

Its not something I can answer unfortunately, I don't own one of the laptops myself. If someone else see's this and has the laptop they might be able to offer some advice. I'd suggest giving PCS a call as they will be able to explain how the process works. Failing that, you'd get a manual etc...

Do you have your specs from your order page you can share? Does anything appear on the screen at all during boot up? You can Try pressing delete or one of the F keys (F1, F2, F11 or F12 usually) to see if it boots into a bios.
