Is this a good build for gaming and 3d modelling / game development

Hello I am looking to get a pc for gaming but also 3d modelling (Maya and blender) and game development (Unreal engine 5, unity)
My budget is 3000 euro but I would go slightly over is needed.
The main things I want are at least 2tb ssd, 32gb of ram, a uk plug and a wifi card as well which im pretty sure this build has but im not certain

Assuming €3000, I'd be looking at a much more efficient, and current AMD build.
