Loud sound, Game closes, Graphics card seems to overheat?

Whenever I go onto a game, especially the more demanding ones, my GPU fans start to go crazy and the its all gets pretty loud, the game may eventually close or crash, and when i feel the GPU its very hot. I'm sure this is the reason behind why everything is happening, i don't know how to really fix this any help would be appreciated. It also must be affecting the smaller games such as Roblox or Minecraft, cos they don't crash or make a loud noise but they do freeze now and again making it very painful to play, my old 1060 gpu never had this issue.

My current GPU: Geforce RTX 3080 (if this helps)

Sounds like a power issue. Need the full specs as above though.
