Music production desktop advice (£1000 budget)

Hello
Thought I would ask for some advice after the absolute shocker I had last time. I thought I was smart enough to build a computer by myself!
I'm looking for a new desktop computer (I already have a monitor: MSI 27" Optix G27C6 - 1920 x 1080, 1MS, 165Hz) for music production specifically. I use FL Studio.

I don't game or do video editing.
Was wondering if I could use some of the parts I already have of my 1.5 year old current desktop (The Spec is Below!)? It was very expensive (still paying for it) so would be great if some parts can be salvaged. There's nothing wrong with the parts I don't think.. I was advised to seek out a new system after mentioning my fans were really noisy (they have been noisy since day one).

I have an external audio interface which I currently use for the monitors (speakers) + headphones as well:
M-Audio AIR 192|4 USB Audio Interface

Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!!

Hey all
This is a list I have for music production specifically. I already own some parts as follows:

Memory (RAM) 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 3600MHz (2 x 16GB)
Graphics Card 12GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3060 - HDMI, DP, LHR
1st Storage Drive 1TB Samsung 870 QVO 2.5" SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (up to 560MB/sR | 530MB/sW)
Extra Case Fans 2 x 120mm Thermaltake TOUGHFAN 12 Case Fans

I have been suggested to add the following to complete the set-up:

CPU Intel Core i7-12700F 2.1 GHz 12 Core Processor
CPU Cooler Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard MSI PRO B760-P DDR4 II ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
Case Montech AIR 903 BASE ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply Corsair RM650 (2023) 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

How does this look please? Is it compatible? Should I keep the extra case fans? I want the set-up to be as quiet as possible.

Thank you

PCS don’t stock MSI motherboards so this wouldn’t be something we could comment on as it’s no longer a PCS build.

You might want to look at your fan configuration. A fan controller might be required. There are YouTube videos that can offer advice.

I would doubt that you need to replace your PC.
