Not booting up & mouse & keyboard not lighting up either

Xmas present -
Power on and fans start up,
Only mouse Matt lights up as if connected
Keyboard & mouse plugged in but seems no power getting to it.
No display monitor either.
It’s as if it’s not booting or not enough power to system.
I also have a small cable that came with pc but no idea what it’s for - the connections I don’t recognise and don’t know if it’s Relevent.
Pc specs are.
Vortex gr gaming pc.
i3 processor
Gtx graphics card
8gb ram

Are you getting any audible beeps or seeing any lights on the motherboard when powering on?

Sent photo of inside pc when switched on, fans are spinning and fans are lit up, no lights on motherboard. Also sent photo of cables in back of pc. A further note, my sons mouse Matt when plugged into all the separate USB ports lights up , but the mouse or the keyboard do nothing and the monitor neither

This is a sata cable that was also in the box that came with pc - spare ??? Or not I’m not sure
