Ok i recently bought a laptop and im thrilled with the performance and build times etc.. but i have a problem, well two. Both i can live with but one in particular is starting to do my head in.
The first problem but not quite the most annoying is the fact my keyboard is raised in one section (as if Rolf Harris has had a go on it and tried to slip it back in), this is around the top cluster of buttons from F2 to T. Running my finger along the top from ESC to Del shows a clear difference in hight (I'll post pictures in a sec)
And secondly
My sound is perfect from the speakers but the sound jack for headphones produces a whining noise and occasional buzzing which is annoying unless i blast music over the top. I've also realised its effected and increases in loudness and annoyance when connected to the mains charging. Sounds like something interfering with the sound jack signal on the way out. kinda like tuning a radio to be honest... not good.
Question is are these things worth sending it back.. i mean should this be ok or am i being an anal Basa? (Then again i did pay the guts of £800 on this machine, i'd like to think everything works perfectly)
:/ thoughts?
