PC no longer powering on

Hi, I'm hoping someone with a much more tech savvy brain than me might be able to help.

As of this morning my PC has no power, it doesn't start up and the led's aren't on when in standby.
I have tried relocating the PC to a different plug socket to see if that was faulty but no luck. Any thoughts on what could be the cause?

Below are the specs and I purchased this at the end of Nov 2023.
Thanks!

No power with no standby light suggests a hardware issue. Given you just bought the PC in Nov 2023, most components should be under warranty. If troubleshooting steps don't resolve it, contacting the manufacturer for a replacement part or repair might be the best course of action.

No power at all to the motherboard usually implies there's no power coming from the PSU.

This is either due to:
  1. faulty socket (not applicable, as you've tried others that are known to work)
  2. faulty cable or fuse in said cable
  3. cable from PSU to motherboard not connected fully/properly
  4. faulty PSU
The first 3 you can try to diagnose yourself; the last will need an RMA of the whole machine or just the PSU if you're comfortable replacing it yourself (relatively simple removal and replacement with the RMx range).

But you'll have to call PCS directly to arrange an RMA (in whole or in part).
