Small-ish gaming PC for 1440

Hi all,

It's been well over 10 years since I built my current PC. I've upgraded the storage, RAM and GPU over the years but it's now struggling with games at 1400 resolution.

I'd like to ask the community if the below looks like a balanced system.

My budget is ~£2,500.
