Do you really need Windows 7 Ultimate? Professional is only missing a few things. This will render much faster with the hex core CPU, load times will be decreased significantly and you've got a better graphics card with room to add another later if you want. 16GB will be enough memory for now and if you feel like you need more in a few years you could just pop some more in. And yes they do keep the cables tidy :)

If you can find £19 more, i'd go for the triple copper cooler for your CPU. £19 isn't too much for improved temps :)

As pheonix said, they do keep them relatively tidy, however i've seen a few where i'd like to get in there and do some cable management :p On the whole though, they are neat :)
