Hello. I'm contemplating buying a brand new PC from this website. I've read alot of good reviews but I thought I'd post here just to get the word from the people. I'm about to spend £750 on a new rig, but what happens if it's delivered to me, I try it out and something's wrong..? Like for example a faulty part or an error of some kind.. Could I contact someone to help me get a replacement?

Yes, of course. One of the great benefits of buying from PCS is their excellent after sales service. If it does happen to have a fault when you get it PCS will work with you over the phone to try to sort out the problem and if it needs to come back they will collect it from you.

Read the terms and conditions, especially item 7 on warranties. I would advise you to buy the best warranty you can afford to extend the term of free parts and labour, the options are all in the configurator.

BTW. I don't work for PCS. :)

All the PCs sold from PCS come with some kind of warranty which is upgrade-able when you configure your PC.

There are 4 grades of warranty on offer
Bronze: 1 month collect/return, 1 year parts, 3 years labour
Silver: 1 year collect/return, 1 year parts, 3 years labour
Gold: 2 year collect/return, 2 year parts, 3 years labour
Platinum: 3 year collect/return, 3 year parts, 3 years labour

Typically we recommend at least the 'silver' warranty (its £5). This give you the piece of mind that within the first year if you ever have to get a part replaced / repaired or diagnosed and PCS need the rig back to do it, it won't cost you anything.

EDIT: too slow :)
