Interesting, I read that one of the fixes making it into this edition is to cure stuttering in games - that's the exact problem* I had after an in-place upgrade to Creators Edition which went away post-fresh install.
Just thought I'd give the heads up to anyone thinking of doing a reinstall. You need to download now if you want just the Creators Edition or wait until next week if you want the Fall Creators Edition. Might be worthwhile getting the former whilst you still can.
Usual advice for upgraders would be to backup and do a fresh install rather than an in place upgrade.
