Wobbly Mini Towers

My Mini (Case CT-MTX-0078with, AMD Rayzen 3Graphics, SSD and DVD drives is solidly built and functional. But one thing that constantly irks me is how difficult it is to keep it standing up (or moving about) at start-up. It's due to the spring-return Start Button being so resistant, that to keep it stable (particularly 'edge' standing) requires both hands to complete the operation.

Another irritation is during stand-by (whence the start-button blue lamp indicator turns itself off). Very easy to forget on a busy spell away from the desk, absent-mindedly leaving the PC on over-night, - or until you come to switch on again. Which will instantly 'dump' and restart again.

Sorry I left response so long Tony. The Mac Mini Spec I see above is not mine. My build order Conf. 2649330 specifies a Win 11 Mini AMD etc. including a CIT MTX-007B Case fitted with a pair of '+' shaped (5 X 5 cm rotatable) feet to rest upon - which explains it's inherent instability. A Start Button as unresponsive as this would be fine on a Tower.

I also discover that not only is there an absence of any lamp to indicate whether the system was powered off, or left in Stand-by (after an update for example). But in either event, the system remains live internally. - even when closed down - as is evidenced by any USB connected device (including backup drives) still receiving power, unless the Mains supply was also cut.

We'd need the full specs from your account if it's a PCSpecialist system, just copy and paste, if not then I'm afraid you'd need an open forum
