We may not always be the the cheapest, although we try to be as competitive as possible. Not only do we sell the highest quality systems, but we also support you throughout the life of your product. If you're comparing us against a competitor on price, before you buy, check the following:
1. Component Quality
Check the quality of the hardware that will go into your system. Ask what brand the memory is, the hard drive, the power supply etc.
2. Check their aftersales support
- A: Do they have a UK based call center, do they even have a call center? And what do support calls cost? If it's an 0870 number that's 10p per minute! Our calls are charged at the local call rate.
- B: Would they collect the system from you for free if you needed to return it for warranty service?
Don't forget each return could cost £35+ to send back.
- C: Onsite warranties - don't be fooled by these. Some companies sub-contract out onsite warranties to 3rd party companies, many of which are known to provide a poor service. We only employ our own trained technical staff to handle returns, and by bringing all
RMA's back to base, we can quickly diagnose and fix any faults, replace components from our vast array of stock and
return the system to you free of charge.
- D: For the majority of components we offer a ship out service, allowing a component to be with you next
day on a collect job, meaning minimal downtime should a problem occur.
3. Check their flexibility
Using our website you can save quotes, edit quotes, print off invoices and make amendments to your order right up until the point of dispatch.
