Laptop for Office Use

Apologies for the cluelessness but I need to get a new laptop for work and am unsure on what spec is necessary/appropriate. I have been using the laptop below for about 5 years now. I work as a sole trader in compliance consulting. I generally need the use of 3 screens (Laptop & 2 externals) for most of what I do day-to-day (this is important). The spec below has generally been adequate for the work I do - the laptop is struggling a bit now but I'm guessing that's down to age. My use is fairly typical office use - multiple MS Office applications on the go, ScreenConnect, webrowser, making PPT presentations but outside of this I don't really use it for much else. I have the two external screens connected via HDMI & VGA but I'm guessing no new laptops would have VGA output so advice around this is my main concern and any general advice around memory/processing spec for office use.

Any reason for windows pro? It’s not like old versions where it added loads of features, it’s really only for meeting requirements to join an enterprise domain.

T has the following display ports

Thanks so much, Windows Pro is just for Bitlocker. Wasn't sure on ports as the last laptop I got from PCS had an unexpected VGA port, which is handy for the 2 external screens. I'm guessing I'll need some sort of splitter/dock for the new one so.

Yes, if it doesnt have a modern port you’d need an active display port to VGA. VGA is analogue vs modern ports which are digital so it needs an active signal converter within the cable.

You may find just buying a modern cheap monitor is actually better value

The monitor has a HDMI port too, it's just that the laptop has 1 x HDMI & 1 x VGA output. The new build has 1 x HDMI output but I need 2 external screens.

The new laptop has HDMI and Displayport (via USB-C), so will support 2 monitors...but one will have to go via a Displayport/USB-C to HDMI/VGA adapter/cable.
