First Desktop - Gaming and Dev work

Hey Everyone! I'm looking to get my first Desktop PC for gaming and development.

Gaming: I mostly play console right now (Series S), I'd be looking for something that can run decent in 1440p for a bit of an update in graphics! I don't tend to play the most demanding games, but would like the option to try whatever I fancy with decent graphics (Games I'm excited to play on PC include DayZ, Hell Let Loose, Total War Series)
Development: Looking for something I can use for Mobile app development (android) and Godot

Monitor: I need to purchase one, was considering the AOC Gaming Q27G3XMN as reviews look good for the price - if there are better choices out there I'm not set on this option

Max Budget: Looking to Spend up to £2500 all in, including monitor so looking at £2200 for the PC. If that balance needs shifting then can look at the trade offs.

I saw a post with a similar budget to mine, and borrowed the suggested spec from there. I've removed the OS since I have a windows 10 key from an old laptop I don't use anymore (I believe this should be transferable?)

Hoping to get this ordered ASAP, just bumping if anyone has time to take a look - Thanks!
Sorry, we must have missed this...but as you've surmised it's a decent build already...and any 'upgrade' would purely down to budget/aesthetics.

If you don't mind spending a little more of your budget (£87 more), you could upgrade to the Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite motherboard to give you more USB/SSD slots and PCIe lanes for upgrades.
