In Power Options check Wireless Adapter Settings, setting this to maximum performance will stop Windows powering it down.

I've tried but it didn't work.
From the moment I unplugged the power at the same time the internet stop working.
Really dunno what is happening.

sorry pal, that wasn't my inttention. I'm just a bit eager if I did the right choose or not. I will wait more time, sorry again.

I've done a test watching some movie without internet and it goes about 4 hours.
I've fully charged battery and the estimate it's 5 hours to turn down
That's good news, you don't have a battery problem then.

TBH I don't think this is a Windows problem, this feels more like a hardware issue to me. I would suggest you call PCS and talk this through with them.

what a relief! sounds better than I thought. I'm not much into Pcs configurations etc.. I sent them an email saying my problem, let’s see what happens next. thanks for the attention bud

I hope too.. Do you guys think that I will have to send this pc back to them?
If you're 'not much into PCs configurations etc' then it would be wise to send it back if it is a hardware problem, rather than risk damaging stuff by attempting to fix it yourself.

Hi all.
It's me again.
I just got a new problem on my PC.

Suddenly this is happened to my screen. I've already sent a message to the support but unfortunately I didn't have any answer yet.

Does anyone knows what is happening to it?

Thank you

I think that's pretty good evidence of a hardware problem. It's probably getting worse so I would arrange to RMA it as soon as possible. Sorry about that.
