A very nice setup but had some initial conflict re windows updates downloading very slowly & not installing. Initially contacted Microsoft support (as a windoes updates issue), escalated up to a senior, who clean installed windows...and wiped all of the drivers
Contacted PC specialist, a tech remote accessed my laptop & added those I couldn't add myself. So very good item very good aftercare.
...only slight issue is re the support section of my account with the drivers, are they out of date?
Also the pdf is quite confusing...the tech asst solved the issues but if I need the drivers again the pdf doesn'thelp & i'll have to call up & take a tech's time for something I could do myself with straightforward drivers (not multiple versions with different titles).
