PC can take 20 Seconds to post. WiFi connects after 20 minutes and shutdown button occasionally doesnt work

We purchased a pc for business use with the specs below. POST can take 20 seconds or longer after PC is shutdown and Wi-Fi connection appears after 20 minutes to an hour. Also, if the PC is restarted or power is lost at all to the system then the power options fail to respond.
Any suggestions?

IMHO, the build is poorly designed, with an insufficient low-end cooler, a low-end motherboard and power supply, a very basic case, and so on. It is no surprise to me that it does not work properly.

Anyway, are we on a clean OS? I assume you had a clean install because you did not purchase the license. How did you do that?

Yes i have, and it is the official windows that they install, i just transferred our licence

Yeah the OS is clean. Its what PCS install out of the box, i just moved our windows licence and installed Chrome and a basic accounting software

Well, you are not on a clean OS: PCS simply installed a test version that is not properly setup and should not be used at all.

The first step will be to perform a proper clean install before proceeding to troubleshoot.

The case, along with the motherboard and power supply unit, is one of the most important aspects of any build.

The PCS FrostFlow 100 ARGB V3 is basically insufficient to cool a 14600K (125W TDP, 181W Max Turbo Power): actually, the configurator does not allow you to select this cooler for an i5 14600K.

If you order without windows, you can’t use the test windows that comes on it, you must clean install. The test windows isn’t configured and will have driver mismatches, I would agree that the cooler is inadequate for the cpu also.
