PC for flight Sim 2024

Last PC was 4 years old and replace it for one for flight Sim 2024. I realise that the high end GPU are ridiculously expensive, so have to go for mid+ item. Torn between the RTX 5070Ti and the RX9070XT.

Asking for views on the GPU and my prospective order below. Thanks

What's your max budget?

What monitor are you pairing it with (make & model, or resolution & refresh rate)?

There are certainly some sub-optimal components in there (case, PSU, slow SSDs), and a couple of items that could be removed completely (extra PCS fans and Arctic paste).

Thanksfor reply. Do not want to go much more than £2,750. Monitor, Dell U3415W, 34" curved windscreen. 3440 1440. 60Htz.

Whilst that’s not a gaming monitor, I’ll optimise the build for 1440p MSFS 2024, so the 9070XT is about 10% faster at 1440 and about on par at 4k…so at your resolution (half way between both) I’d assume the 9070XT will still offer more FPS and better value for money.

I’ve rejigged it a bit to get you some better components (for longevity)…

CORSAIR 3500X ARGB TEMPERED GLASS MID-TOWER (PCS) - would prefer the Corsair Frame 4000, but it’s only listed in white at the moment (the black model on the configurator is the more basic/older 4000D), but this is better than the PCS branded cases
